Labels
We have been making woven labels for 40 years and
all of our products are made in New Zealand. They are long lasting and also a common choice
for companies to put identification on products.
Our woven labels are made by using polyester yarn. We make Taffeta
labels and Damask labels. We use looms to weave these labels and make sure that all of the
labels produced and woven as accurately as possible to the client’s standards and
specifications.
We provide a range of services in order to make our clients
satisfied with their order. For example, we help clothing designers to make the labels for their
clothes, specifying what brand it is, the logo and any other details they may require to identify
themselves. By personalizing their clothes with woven labels, the designers can be recognised. We
don’t only make woven labels for clothing designers; we also make woven labels for a wide range of
clients such as bags, toys, bedding and towel manufacturers.
For the design of a woven label, one colour can be chosen for the
background of the label and a maximum of seven colours to situate the design. We also can make a
wide range of woven labels depending on the client, with some of the different types being
an end fold label, loop fold label and heat seal. The width of the woven label is in the range of
10 millimetres to 200 millimetres. The design should be emailed to us on a JPG or a PDF
file.
As soon as a design is handed to us, we use a computer program to turn the
image into a design that can be woven by us. A $120 deposit fee is required before we make the
sample, which is made within the time frame of seven days. As soon as our client is satisfied with
it, we produce and deliver the product within two weeks. If a design is not set by the client, then
we have professional employees who can sit down, explain and help in designing the woven label.
The minimum cost for one order is $170, with 500 labels minimium. If a client
wishes to request for an order with a larger quantity, then the price becomes lower depending on
the quantity of the request. Each design is costed individually.
